Gemini Coalition is an association of local businesses and schools that helps align workforce needs with career education.  Our mission is to ensure businesses have the workforce they need to evolve and grow, and that students are prepared for well-paying and in-demand careers. We do this by bringing schools and businesses together and:

• Conducting ongoing surveys of:
  • Businesses’ workforce needs, on a four-year rolling basis.
  • Schools’ career education programs.
• The data analysis is used to determine if:
  • Businesses have access to the workforce needed to evolve and grow.
  • Students, upon graduation, are prepared for the well-paying and in-demand careers created by the businesses.
• Providing regularly scheduled meetings between business people and educators.
• Assisting in career awareness, career days, internships, and mentoring programs.
